About Us
With over 40 years of helping patients in the Greater Tampa Bay region, Tampa Neurology Associates is a renowned neurology practice dedicated to offering specialized care for patients with neurological diseases. Tampa Neurology Associates was initially started by Dr Stephen Sergay and soon after joined by Dr Susan Steen, both of whom served our community for over 30 years. Our current team of neurologist physicians continue with that sense of service. We are committed to providing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans with compassion.

Mark Cascione, MD
Dr. Cascione received his Doctorate in Medicine in 1991 from University of Vermont College of Medicine. After completing residencies at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine (1992) and Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina (1995), he received his Board Certification in Neurology & Psychiatry in 1997 and in Electrodiagnostic Medicine in 1998. Dr. Cascione joined Tampa Neurology Associates and Axiom Clinical Research of Florida in 1996, subsequently becoming a partner in both companies. He is on staff at St. Joseph’s, Memorial Hospital of Tampa, St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital and Tampa General. Dr. Cascione is a national and international thought-leader and educator for treatment and research topics in Multiple Sclerosis.
Sunil Reddy, MD
Dr. Reddy graduated from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, AP, India, in 1998. He completed Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2004 and 2005 respectively. Dr. Reddy received his Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology certification in 2005 and his Diplomate, American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine certification in 2006. He joined the staff at Axiom Clinical Research of Florida in August, 2006 after working as a neurologist in Pennsylvania and North Dakota. Dr. Reddy is well-versed in ICH/GCP procedures and in all aspects of clinical research practice.
Linga V. Reddy, MD, PhD
Dr. Linga Reddy received his M.D. training from All India Institute of Medical Services, New Delhi, India and received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He completed his residency training in Neurology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and subsequently completed his Fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine from Washington University, St. Louis. He has served as an Assistant Professor (Neurology) at Medical College of Wisconsin previously and has been at Tampa Neurology Associates since 2015.
Nisha Pradeep-Kilgore, DO
Dr. Pradeep completed her bachelor's degree at Florida State University in 2011. She graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, FL in 2015. She then went on to complete her Neurology residency with Kettering Health in Dayton, OH. She became board-certified with the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in 2019. She is married with two children. She enjoys playing music, cooking, and hiking.

Diagnostic Services
We provide skilled neuro electrodiagnostic testing with electromyogram/nerve conduction studies.
Treatment Options
We have an infusion suite here at our facility for serving patients with multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis and CIDP. We also perform botox injections for chronic headaches.
